How can I fit this program into my schedule?
We have classes in the morning and evenings. Plus, video classes all throughout the day. There's always one for you!
Do I need to be at the gym everyday for 6 weeks?
No. We know that you are busy taking care of work and family, so the good news is - included with your program is access to Alana Anywhere. You've access to hundreds of workout videos for you to do anywhere you are, whether you're traveling, at home with the kids, or have to work late. There is always a video for you to do, and you can watch anytime of the day.
When you can make it to the gym, we highly encourage it because of the special positive energy that Alana has that will help you feel supported and motivated in your journey.
